Working with me

Every job is tailored made and I work with each client to understand their vision and create content that connects with their audiences.

My day rates move between £350 and £950 a day + expenses. I can work on a retainer for regular clients and also offer a charity discount. Shoots may be subject to usage fees. Please get in touch to talk about your budget.

Before the shoot

Producing a shoot can include; location scouting, booking in kit, liaising with designers, booking in crew, make-up artists, stylists, buying or hiring backdrops and more. The top end of this can involve a pre-light day, test shoots and creating mock-ups.

The shoot

Shoot days vary in length depending on the project. In general, I look to shoot one set-up an hour - unless you want documentary photography, where we are following the world rather than creating it.

After the shoot

What we do in post production depends on your needs and the size of your team.

For photo - I go through the days shoot and select images, balance up the colours and make necessary adjustments. I then send these images to you, you make your selections, and then I retouch and return files to you in agreed file size and format.

For film, I will deliver a basic assembly to you within the agreed time frame, and work through an agreed number of notes. You can spend tie int he edit with me, or I can work alone. Once the cut is agreed, I’ll add any graphics or text, or work with a designer to do this, do a sound mix and colour grade, and I will deliver the files to you in the agreed file size and format.
